OFF MKT operates a confidential marketplace, and the tracking we perform exists to run it properly. We use cookies to:
• Operate and secure the Platform — authenticate members, maintain sessions, remember preferences, prevent fraud, and protect confidential listing materials from unauthorized access;
• Monitor use and enforce our Terms — track how accounts interact with listings and data, including detecting scraping, bulk downloading, credential sharing, and other conduct prohibited by our Terms & Conditions and our Proprietary Data & Intellectual Property Notice;
• Understand and improve the Platform — analyze traffic, page performance, and feature usage so we can improve the marketplace and match supply and demand more effectively; and
• Communicate and market — measure the performance of our communications and campaigns and, where permitted, show you relevant content about OFF MKT.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Platform to function — login, account security, and session integrity. These cannot be switched off.
Functional cookies. Remember your choices (such as saved searches, display preferences, and region) to personalize your experience.
Analytics and performance cookies. Collect information about how visitors and members use the Platform — pages visited, listings viewed, time on page, referring sites, approximate location, and device and browser type — so we can measure and improve performance. Analytics may be provided by third-party services (for example, our website host and analytics providers), which process this data on our behalf.
Marketing cookies. Where used, these help us measure campaigns and reach relevant audiences on other platforms. We do not sell listing or member transaction data to advertisers.

4. The Data Collected
Cookies and similar technologies may collect: device and browser identifiers, IP address, operating system, referring URLs, pages and listings viewed, clicks and navigation paths, session duration, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, and, for logged-in members, the association of this activity with your account. Activity associated with your account may be reviewed in connection with membership decisions and the enforcement of our Terms. 5. Managing Cookies
You have choices:
Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings (typically under “Privacy” or “Security”). Instructions are available for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on their providers’ websites.
Analytics opt-outs. Some analytics providers offer their own opt-out tools (for example, browser add-ons).
Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or using parts of the Platform, and that confidential listing access requires an authenticated, cookie-enabled session. Because there is no consistent industry standard, the Platform does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, though we honor opt-out preference signals where applicable law requires.

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on the Platform. Material changes may also be highlighted by notice on the Platform.
